The Purecomm iOS app is an in-store or warehouse application, separated into two suites of features, depending on the device it is downloaded to:
1. For iPhone / iPod (Inventory)
Paired via Bluetooth with an RFID reader, the Purecomm App can be used as an inventory application with the following key features:
Labeling – Enables the pairing of a product barcode with one of our Purecomm RFID tags
Stock Count – Once items in a store or warehouse have been labeled, the stock count feature enables store staff to perform a stock count
2. For iPad
For use by store staff, the Purecomm iPad app can be used as a Sales Assist application with the following key features:
Inspiration – Offers an in-store digital catalogue of products across your business
Inventory visibility – Gives store staff inventory visibility of all products across your business
Endless Aisle – Store staff can “save a sale” by shipping an unavailable item from a central distribution centre or warehouse to a customer’s home address
Reserve and Collect – Store staff can “save a sale” by reserving an unavailable item in another store for a customer to collect
Sign-up – Email and SMS sign-up functionality to take customer contact details
Order Management – Store staff can manage orders made from another store’s iPad or Purecomm Click&Collect integrated website, including confirming an item is available, confirming a collection or cancelling an order
